Substantial Antiques Inventory Now Catalogued in the Cloud

I very highly recommend Tricia and her services with Uniquely Yours.  I have a substantial antique collection, and always knew that I needed to get it properly catalogued for insurance purposes.  But even the thought of trying to do that was enough to make me procrastinate.  Tricia and her team of folks came in and did most of the work inside of a weekend, and now the information is catalogued in the cloud rather than being on a dedicated computer that could get destroyed.  I simply could not have done it without her.  Plus, her customer service is absolutely top notch.  If I can provide any more information, let me know!

Home Inventory - Fire Loss

We all think we’ll never lose our home. I lost my home to a fire and didn’t have any kind of inventory. I had to rely on my brain, which given the circumstances wasn’t operating too efficiently.

I knew that an inventory was going to be put in place when the house and contents were replaced. I never want to go through the agony the insurer put me through again because I didn’t have a list and pictures of what I owned.

Tricia was the perfect solution. She is personable, which makes it easy to work with her. She’s detailed and thorough – I was amazed at her persistence! She prices fairly.

A few years ago my wife and I discovered that realizing the full value of our home insurance policy meant conducting a full home inventory.  Try as we might, it's not a task we could accomplish ourselves.  Finally, we broke down and hired Tricia.  It turned out to be an excellent decision.  In a few days she accomplished what we failed to do in a few years.  It was nothing short of amazing to watch her work a few steady 10-hours days photographing and cataloging every single item in our home.  Soon, we had a complete labeled visual inventory of every single one of our belongings, and a link to software allowing us to update and keep it current — all for the originally estimated cost.  So if you're thinking about doing this yourself, call Tricia instead. I had thought about inventorying my belongings for many years because I knew I should have something for my trust/estate purposes, but I hated the thought of actually setting aside time to do it. By luck, I had attended a meeting where Tricia gave a presentation on decluttering. I found out that not only did she do that, but also she did complete inventories of house possessions. “I called Tricia to inventory my artwork. I live in a condo with 26 stairs to the living level. My art was almost floor to ceiling in some places and definitely all up and down the stairs (both sides) and the lighting wasn’t the greatest; so there was a challenge on top of almost 100 pieces to photograph. If there were problems, Tricia never let on. She forged ahead with a smile the entire time. The stairs and the dark halls were a bit dubious as to the turn out but Tricia prevailed and the pictures were good to excellent. I am more than pleased with the final results.
