I have achieved the Certified Appraisal Examiner (CAE) designation through the National Inventory Certification Association. This certification provides me with the credentials and knowledge to assist appraisers with personal property appraisals by thoroughly collecting the required information for creation of a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant certified appraisal. All appraisals conform to the Uniform Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice as required by Insurers, Government Agencies, and the Courts; they are objective and are kept confidential.
The type of personal property typically found in clients’ homes include but is not limited to: Antique and modern furnishings, silver, jewelry, chinaware, paintings and prints, categories of collectibles and special collections including books, coins, clocks, and firearms.
Uniquely Yours Digital Solutions provides services by appointment on-site for your convenience and is qualified to document individual items or entire estates and collections. My clients save time and money by having me onsite to do the photography, measurements, gathering of the item(s) provenance and creating a concise detailed document for the appraiser. Frequently the appraisal is combined with a home or business inventory, thus sparing the client the inconvenience of scheduling more than one site visit by an inventory specialist and an appraiser and saving the client additional expense.
