Appraisal Services Provided by Uniquely Yours Digital Solutions
Information recorded for a home inventory is similar, if not the same, as documenting items for an appraisal. Therefore, I found that including appraisal services is a huge benefit for my clients. Many utilize home and business inventory services, then seek an appraiser to determine the value of their luxury items, artwork, collectibles, etc. This results in the client being required to schedule another appointment and then incur additional costs because the same information will be collected twice.
By utilizing my Appraisal Examiner service, you will benefit by working with someone you know. You will only need to schedule one appointment for both your inventory and appraisal services, and have both professional reports completed within the same time frame.
Certified Appraisal Examiner
I have achieved my Certified Appraisal Examiner (CAE) designation through the National Inventory Certification Association. This certification provides us with the credentials and knowledge to assist appraisers by thoroughly collecting the required information. Upon receipt of the photos and documented details, the appraiser will create a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant certified appraisal report.
These reports are used for the following purposes:
- Obtaining Insurance Coverage
- Damage Claim Settlement
- Estate Settlement
- Equitable Distribution
- Marital Dissolution
- Charitable Donation
- Buy/Sell Decisions
From one item to be appraised to an inventory of your home or business along with many appraised items, we look forward to providing you with the service of your choice.
Due to the necessity of a gemologist with specialized equipment to examine gemstones and diamonds, I am unable to offer our Appraisal Examiner service for jewelry.
Renovation, Recycle, and Tax Deductions
Most people are unaware of the opportunity to recycle luxury kitchens, baths, fixtures, and furniture. As Certified Appraisal Examiners, I work with a non-profit organization to collect the information of all donated items. This keeps items out of landfills, creates jobs, and provides homeowners with the benefit of a tax deduction through their donation to the non-profit organization.
The list of luxury items that can be recycled are:
- Appliances
- Counter Tops
- Cupboards
- Fixtures
- Appliances
- Sinks
- Light Fixtures
- Furniture
- Artwork and Decorative Items
- Doors and Windows
When remodeling, renovating, settling an estate, or buying a house that you will make “your own,” consider the benefits of donating your items.
